"Life is Painful. Growth is Painful. Change is Painful. But in the end, nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you do not belong."

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness That most frightens us. We ask ourselves Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

As we let our own light shine, We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we’re liberated from our own fear, Our presence automatically liberates others.”  Marianne Williamson

I use a blend of approaches to meet each person where they are. Together, we might look at how early relationships shape current patterns (attachment work), build internal skills in mindful self-compassion, or draw from Buddhist wisdom to find calm, acceptance and presence. I also bring in perspectives from feminist and positive psychology, along with a strong focus on self-care and social justice, to help clients feel seen and empowered. At times, we may use parts work (Internal Family Systems), body-based awareness (somatic practices), or creative tools to explore experiences in new ways. My goal is to provide a flexible, supportive space that helps you grow, heal, and strengthen your sense of self.

I work with individuals ages 17 through 80+, with a focused emphasis on young adults, women navigating menopause, individuals with ADHD, and creatives. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stretched thin by life transitions. My work centers on helping clients build insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable coping strategies during periods of transition and complexity.  Therapy is a space to slow things down, gain clarity, and build skills that actually work in real life.

Therapeutic Modalities

Mindful Compassionate Therapy

Whether you are looking for assistance and support for healing a specific mental health issue or trauma or you feel an overall sense of “this is not where I want to be in life,” mindful self awareness and somatic-body interventions can be very beneficial. Stress reducing meditations, increased presence awareness and self compassion and gentle, kind care are all aspects of the work I utilize. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.

Person-Centered Therapy

If it’s a relationship issue, depression or anxiety, grief, or another of life’s many challenges, we all face times in our life where we feel overwhelmed and beneath the heaviness of life. Empathetic guidance, unconditional positive regard and compassionate support can help us emerge and achieve our goals. I work with clients in an authentic and transparent manner, always applying my natural gifts of intuition, compassion and empathy.

Attachment-Based Therapy

I believe that to heal we must feel, and that can be very scary to do alone or with a stranger.  If you struggle with insecurity within yourself and within relationships, connecting with and building a trusting relationship with a therapist will take time. I utilize attachment and bonding interventions to holistically develop a trusted relationship between myself and the client to create a secure attachment to delve into trauma and deep healing work.
